Share the gift of touch through Thai massage and partner yoga with someone you love… explore gentle movement to cultivate receptivity and mutual support. The practice of Thai massage informs us that by serving others, we can truly serve ourselves in an organic cycle of giving and receiving. Both partners will have an opportunity to give and receive a short treatment during the session and will be guided through the sequence step-by-step.
Wear comfortable yoga-style clothing.
All levels welcome… no prior experience with yoga or partner work is necessary.
*This workshop is NOT appropriate for women during their pregnancy or people with knee and hip replacements.
