Learn how to use the herbs and spices in your pantry to keep you healthy and well during the cold season.  Herbs and spices not only enhance the flavor of your favorite dishes, these ingredients add medicinal properties to each bite.  Knowing what to use when is essential in keeping your immune system boosted going into the Winter season.

In this workshop, come prepared to sniff, taste, and feel the spices!  We will prepare a blend each student will take home and we will also put together recipes for a variety of teas as well as learn how to easily make homemade chai to keep you warm & well each day.
