Professional photographer, author, and speaker Elaine Zelker will talk about her book The Hand-Some Journey: Portraits of Elders Reflecting On Their Life Journey on Wednesday, September 9, at the Easton Area Public Library.
Zelker’s photographs focus on the expressive hands of elders and on a single object each has chosen to represent his/her life journey.
The hour-long program begins at 7:00 pm and concludes with a question-and-answer session. The program is free and open to the public. Refreshments will be provided by the Friends of the Library.
Copies of the book will be available for purchase and signing. The cost is $25.
The program will be held in the Catherine Drake Meeting Room which is handicapped accessible from Church St. For more information, call 610-258-2917 ext 307.
