We invite trauma survivors to experiment with yoga forms, breath, meditation, and mindfulness. Using evidence based techniques you can explore ways to quiet your mind and body. Learn to cultivate positivity. Research has proven these techniques can help you control symptoms of PTSD, sleep, focus, and a variety of trauma responses. Please join us to determine if trauma sensitive yoga is right for you.
