DYNAMIC HATHA YOGA
Suitable for all levels including complete beginners. A strong but accessible physical practice with the intention of creating a moving meditation through focus on the breath. Classes combine detailed work on static postures to develop correct alignment, breath control and inner awareness with more flowing asana sequences for a cardiovascular workout. Practice closes with deep relaxation and meditation leaving you with an increased sense of calm. Classes are approached with a lightness and good humor, which invites you to explore, play and grow.
