Join NCHGS for a tour relating tales of murder, mischief, and misadventure in the Downtown Easton Historic District.

From the murder of a Prohibition Era mobster to the witches of Hexenkopf Hill, Easton’s history is filled with dark tales of suspicious disappearances, strange coincidences (or are they?), and disastrous journeys.

This year’s tour features four new locations, as well as the return of six of our most popular stories. The route follows major roadways and crosses at designated intersections. Each tour stop is rooted in historical evidence and supported with documents, photographs, interviews, and transcripts from the NCHGS archives.

Eerie Easton Walking Tours will be offered each Friday and Saturday from late September and through the month of October, at 6:00 and 7:30pm, and Sundays at 5:00pm. Tours last approximately 1.5 hours.

This tour is not recommended for children under 12 years old.

Pre-registration through Eventbrite is required. Please click here to register. Tours are $15.00 per person. Each tour is limited to 20 guests.

NCHGS members – please contact Sarah White, Community Engagement Coordinator, at NCHGS at 610-253-1222 or sarah@northamptonctymuseum.org to register.
