The taste of a shiitake mushroom harvested off a log and cooked right away, is incomparable! We’re running a workshop on making your own shiitake log at the store, rain or shine, on October 28th at 1pm. The event should run about an hour and a half and is limited to 12 participants. We use drills, so we ask that everyone is 12+. Cost is $30.
Logs can produce mushrooms for a few years, if the right conditions are maintained, so store outside. They make an excellent gift for the right person! Pre-registration and pre-payment required, by October 21st. Please call 610-253-0940
