This Interval training includes good cardio blast, kettle bell training, core work and good yoga stretching.

Every Tuesday and Thursday at 7:30am sharp! Rotating teachers make the class varied so you can get different workouts to help improve cardio, metabolism for weight loss and overall feeling great the rest of the day
