Master Gardener Fred Buse presents “Vegetable Gardening,” a free program relevant to both experienced and inexperienced gardeners.
Among the topics discussed in this slide presentation are planning and starting a vegetable garden, soil improvement and preparation, container gardening, and extending the growing season.
The program is open to the public and will be held in the Catherine Drake Meeting Room on the lower level of the Main Library. Handicapped access is available from the Church Street entrance. Light refreshments will be provided by the Friends of the Library.
