Walking is a gentle yet effective way to stay in shape. Join us on Monday’s as we step our way to better health and happiness. All ages and fitness levels are welcome. The walk will include a gentle warmup and stretching. Please wear supportive sneakers or walking shoes. Bring water, your business cards if applicable and a winning attitude. We’d love to have you!
