Movement and Meditation
In this led meditation we begin with movement and breath the first 15 minutes.
Then mindful meditation sitting and breath focus. Followed by discussion.
No experience necessary just the desire to reduce stress, find a sense of well being and generate peace. Come sit mindfully and explore what meditation can bring to you.
Comfortable clothing, yoga clothes not necessary.
