Like yoga, eating is a highly personal activity, we are constantly striving for the perfect balance to meet our needs and to help us grow stronger and more in tune with our bodies through life’s changes and challenges. This 4 hour course will introduce you to simple, easy changes you can make in your every day food choices that will compliment and enhance your practice.
We will discuss mindful eating, food meditation, personal tools for healthy nutritional choices and set a foundation for you to find a positive lifelong experience to meet your physical and nutritional needs.
* Please note this class is appropriate for experienced yoga students including those who have recently completed any of our YOGA 101 sessions.
