Join Marisa at Creative Spirit for an evening of self-discovery and inner exploration as we experience our past lives through a gentle, loving, and safe form of meditation that aims to connect you with the essence of your very soul.
Since this is a meditation, we will be using yoga mats and pillows to lie on. Feel free to bring anything that makes you feel comfortable and safe in your meditation. Some people like to bring a blanket to cover themselves with. Some people like to bring a certain pillow. Others like to bring their crystals and have them nearby. This process works best when you, the explorer, feel truly safe and comfortable, so feel free to bring items that support that.
I do have yoga mats and pillows if you would prefer.
Also, please bring a pen, journal, and bottle of water.
The cost of this experience is $33.
