Kristen Spillane is a registered nurse as well as a certified Pranakriya Prenatal yoga teacher. She teaches a prenatal yoga class suitable for all trimesters in pregnancy. The yoga class includes pranayama (breath work), asanas (poses), and meditation to support you before, during, and after the birth of your child. Prenatal yoga is safe to start for women who have never tried yoga before.
