Your journey through pregnancy is the perfect time to experience the benefits of yoga. This is a gentle class offered to moms-to-be whether they have practiced yoga before or not! The experience is one to move and stretch your body (muscles, ligaments and all) safely to keep you and your growing baby feeling healthy and active during your pregnancy. Poses will be appropriate and there will be much focus on relaxation and breathing, practices which benefit during pregnancy, through labor and beyond. Significance of Postnatal Yoga. Postnatal yoga offers lot of benefits to mothers after childbirth. … Postnatal yoga is an excellent way to help your body in the recovery after childbirth. Practicing yoga asanas, Pranayama and meditation will support healing and will also help relax and tone your body. We also have prenatal on Thurs evenings at 5:45 p.m.
