Kristen is a certified Pranakriya Prenatal yoga teacher and a registered nurse. She teaches a prenatal yoga class suitable for all trimesters in pregnancy. The yoga class includes pranayama (breath work), asanas (poses), and meditation to support you before, during, and after the birth of your child. Prenatal yoga is safe to start for women who have never tried yoga before.
Kristen is excited to create a safe and comfortable community for women to practice yoga and share their pregnancy experiences at Lift Easton. This is an on going class not a series so you have the opportunity to practice through your full term.
