Tai Chi benefits blend mental focus and physical effort to build strength, flexibility, and mindfulness. It helps to manage stress, calms the nervous system with breath and movement. The poses are upright and less demanding than many yoga poses. Many movements often translate to activities of everyday living, improve balance and mobility, and help to prevent falls in older individuals.
Class participants will learn a 24 Yang family form done in sequence.
