Join local author and historian Richard Hope as he investigates a local colonial era homicide. The one-hour program begins at 7:00 pm and will be followed by discussion.
Hope will try to determine the identity of a murder victim in Easton a few years before the Revolutionary War, an identity her prominent husband and Easton society covered up for generations. Hope also reveals the scene of the crime in downtown Easton and what stands there today.
This free program is open to the public and will be held in the Catherine Drake Meeting Room of the Main Library. Handicapped-access is available from the Church Street entrance. Refreshments will be provided by the Friends of the Library.
The Friends will hold a brief meeting at 6:30 pm.
