Vinyasa means moving with breath. We flow as we breath in and out aware of the breath during the whole class to help us learn how to move in grace and in connection to our intention to open, become more flexible and train ourselves to pay attention. Please come lift up with us on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday nights. Great way to decompress after a long day at the office.
