Class held at the Nurture Nature Center: 518 Northampton St, Easton (Next Door to Easton Yoga) As a collaboration between the Nurture Nature Center and Easton Yoga, Yoga Under the Sphere is a class designed to help you think about the health of our planet and the health of our bodies.
Your $15 suggested donation will be donated to the Nurture Nature Center and The Shanthi Project. The Shanthi Project provides yoga and meditation programs to at- risk and incarcerated youths and to Adults in the Northampton County Prison.
About the sphere: Science On a Sphere (SOS)® is a room sized, global display system that uses computers and video projectors to display planetary data onto a six foot diameter sphere, analogous to a giant animated globe. Researchers at NOAA developed Science On a Sphere® as an educational tool to help illustrate Earth System science to people of all ages.
BRING your mat and a friend….class will be open level using breath, music and movement to root to the earth and reach for the sky!
