Dear Easton Peace Candle supporter:

The annual Peace Candle Lighting will be held this year on Saturday, November 25, 2017, at Center Square in Easton, PA. In order to ensure the continuation of this very important tradition, we are seeking your support. Your generous donation of $30 per sponsored day will help defray costs and allow you to honor a loved one, send a holiday greeting, or promote your business. Candle sponsors will be listed in the official event program, be displayed on signage in Centre Square, and noted on our website throughout the holiday season.

We hope that we can count on your continued support to help us keep the Peace Candle tradition alive this holiday season.

Please download the sponsorship form HERE, make your tax-deductible check to “GEDP.” Forms are due by November 1st. Completed forms and payment can be dropped off or mailed to:

“Thus there was a living evidence of unity such as this nation needs in these fast-moving and dangerous times. …The giant candle in the Circle can be a symbol of peace and good citizenship, and of that unity without which this nation could not exist. Again, all honor to the public-spirited citizens, men and women, whose concerted efforts made possible the placing of such an unusual Yuletide decoration.” —The Easton Express editorial, 1951
