Kick off LV Beer Week in style. An intimate dinner with brewery owner Chris Walsh in our private King’s Room. Seating is limited to 14 guests. The 5 course meal will be prepared by special guest chefs Chris & Linda Laskey and should prove to be outstanding as usual. We’ll have a couple special River Horse beers up our sleeve and some nice giveaways too! Tickets available in advance at Black & Blue. $60.

Amuse Bouche: Ginger Pickled Salmon with Cucumber, Jalapeno and Cilantro, Wasabi and Lime Mayonnaise

First Course: Seared Scallop, Roasted Root Vegetables, Crispy Pancetta and Pomegranate Gastrique

Second Course: Harissa and Honey Rubbed Quail with Sausage, Chickpea and Mint

Third Course: Beer Braised Short Rib, Roasted Spicy Cauliflower and Pea, Horseradish Mash Potato

Fourth Course: Bourbon and Chocolate Pecan Bar, River Horse Triple Ice Cream, Caramel Sauce
