Walking is a gentle yet effective way to stay in shape. Join us on Mondays as we step our way to better health and happiness. All ages and fitness levels are welcome. The walk will include a gentle warm up, stretching and a pit stop (cool down) at Nature’s Way Market. Please wear supportive sneakers or walking shoes. Bring water, business cards (optional) and a winning attitude. We’d love to have you!
