This class is designed for all levels of fitness and yoga awareness. No experience is necessary.
You will learn the benefits of pranayama, breath work, and maintain your strength and stamina, as well as find a deeper connection to yourself and baby.
Tuesday evenings at 6pm and Sundays at 10 am.
