Walking into Nyche on a day Sam is working feels less like shopping and more like catching up with someone who already knows your style. As both Sales Associate and Social Media Manager, Sam has made herself indispensable to the boutique, but what makes her truly stand out is how far her energy and generosity extend beyond its doors.

Sam has a natural instinct for community. She notices opportunities to lift people up and acts on them without hesitation; whether that means messaging a regular customer when something comes in that fits their taste, helping a fellow small business owner strengthen their social media presence, or striking up a conversation with a stranger and ending it with a coupon for a shop she thought they'd love.

Her collaborations with other downtown businesses have made a tangible difference. After meeting a local farm owner as a customer, Sam stepped in to help with social media strategy and brought fresh perspective that helped that business grow.

Inside Nyche, she is exactly what the boutique stands for. Owner Angela describes her as the heart and soul of the shop, someone who helps every person who walks in feel confident and beautiful. That's no small thing, and downtown Easton is lucky to have her.
