We have $5 classes three days a week (M/W/F). This class is designed for those who want a one hour morning yoga class that offer an understanding of Hatha Yoga, Flow, Alignment, Strength and Flexibility. Beginners welcomed.
This class is suited for all levels. A good way to wake up and get your yoga in early.
