Learn while having fun and infuse your practice with a sense of creativity. You will be amazed at how easy it is. AcroYoga blends the wisdom of yoga, the dynamic power of acrobatics and the therapeutics of Thai Massage. Coming with a partner is not necessary, but yoga experience is helpful.
