Volunteers are needed!!
We need your help getting Downtown Easton ready to shine!
The Design Committee of the Easton Main Street Initiative is heading up clean-up activities in the downtown and will be focusing on:
>> Spreading mulch in the flower beds in Centre Square and surrounding Quadrants.
>> Trimming , pruning and mulching the green areas of the intersection of S. Third and Washington St.
>> Mulching and weeding the flower beds next to the Easton Post Office.
Our work will begin @ 8am in the Square and we plan to work until approximately 1pm.
Also:
Please bring along your gardening tools such as snippers, pruning shears, gloves, shovels, wheel barrows, wagons, edgers and even pick axes for the beds with tough root systems.
The Main Street office will be available to you throughout the day for restroom facilities, hand washing and nice cold water!
Wear an Easton T-shirt if you have one!
We need many hands to chip in on these ambitious improvement projects. Bring along a friend or two. Thank you all for helping to beautify downtown Easton.
