Library Schedules Biggest Book Sale Ever
The Easton Area Public Library is holding a book and media sale December 3 through 8. Hours are 10:00 am to 5:00 p.m. on Friday, December 4, and 9:00 am to 2:00 pm on Saturday, December 5. Monday, December 7, from 2:00 to 7:00 p.m. is Half Price Day, and Tuesday, December 8, from 2:00 to 7:00 pm, is Bag Day. Fill a standard brown grocery bag for $5.
Most hardcover books, books on CD, and DVD’s are $1.00. Paperbacks are $.50. Most children’s books are $.50. About 90 % of the sale items have been donated, and leftovers from the last sale have been removed.
The Library is located at 515 Church Street. The sale will be held in the Catherine Drake Meeting Room. Sale goers should use the 5th Street entrance, lower level, which is handicapped accessible.
