Chef Jeremy Bialker hosts Knife Skills. Learn the proper way to protect and maintain the life of your knife. Jeremy will teach guests how to care for, sharpen, and use the different kinds of knives in your home kitchen.
Class will include refreshments by Fieldstone Coffee Roasters and samples of Easton Public Market product.
Kitchen Basics is sponsored by Gretchen Ott, your local CUTCO representative. CUTCO tools will be provided for use in this class. Guests will have an opportunity to purchase discounted CUTCO Knives during class.
