Led by Alicia Rambo Wozniak. This workshop will give you time and space to access deep levels of active relaxation through Mindful asana, Restorative Yoga, Reiki* and Pranayama. The combination of these practices lead to a state of receptivity in which all levels of the body can open to healing.
We will begin with a short asana sequence accessible to all levels. Alicia will set you up with supporting props in a renewing sequence of Restorative Yoga poses coupled with guided Pranayama. While resting in the supported postures, Iris Kish & Amanda Melhem will make their way around the room and offer Reiki to all the participants. (* if the class is larger we will have a second Reiki practitioner join us to allow for ample adjustments for all!)
* Reiki is a Japanese form of hands-on energy therapy that seeks to bring the body and subtle bodies back into balance. Reiki supports the body’s own healing process and restores health and wellness.
