The Three Mother Sauces: Béchamel, Bearnaise and Hollandaise

Join Kitchen Coordinator and Chef Mary Grube for an evening of Classic French Sauce Making! Mary will demonstrate how easy it is to craft and serve these three (versatile) classic sauces at home.  The sauces will be sampled with offering from our Highmarket farmstand including: seasonal veggies and poached eggs! Sauce pairings will also include Tolino Vineyards and and grilled cheese!  *Fee includes ALL samples and recipes!
