Join Registered Yoga Teacher and Licensed Massage Therapist, Brittany Stowasser for a new perspective into working with those living with Autism and Spectrum Disorders. Growing up with her brother Joshua, who lives with Autism at a time when the disorder was debilitating in our society and taking that information and asking everyone to look at it through a new lens. Our perspective changes theirs! During this workshop we will learn what living with Autism means today. Through role-play, asana postures, music, mantra and safe touch techniques, shattering our former notions. In this workshop we blow the walls off the box and become very clear what it means to take something meant to defeat someone and turn it into Gold of the spirit, The Alchemy of Autism.
